Comfort Inn & Suites Orange County John Wayne Airport

I spent money on a superior king room and just got a regular room so that sucked and we had a view of cars when I asked for a pool view, so yeah, not good.

Liked: The bed.
Disliked: We got a bad view.

Disliked: We booked here because it had an airport shuttle leaving early in the morning which my husband needed. He booked the shuttle when we checked in and was told what time to catch it. My husband arrived in the lobby a bit earlier than he was told but the shuttle never came. He was not told it was not coming and when he asked the desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. There was not adequate light in the room. The internet was very weak.
