Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

Disliked: Dirty, loud, run down in very poor condition, I booked and paid online for a King bed and got there and the guy says we don’t have any King beds but I’ll upgrade you to a two queen bed room. What an upgrade, he acted like he was doing me a favor,

Disliked: The shower and the tub needed work. Had to go to a different floor for the ice machine.

Liked: It was a 3 star hotel so my hopes weren't high but it was a nice room for the price and breakfast was good
Disliked: Our room had a smell and the toilet wouldn't flush every time. And there were police around a few times, which made me feel uneasy
