Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Disliked: All.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

Disliked: Dirty room. Dirty Q-tip on bathroom floor; food crumbs on the floor; stunk bad and NO hot water!

Liked: Location close to Aksarben, comfortable beds, dogs allowed
Disliked: Water pressure in faucet and shower was terrible, rooms lacked cleanliness mainly stuff in the floor, needed mopping and vacuuming, no fruit in continental breakfast

Could have been cleaner

Liked: Well when I got there we went to our room in the room wasn't clean it was dirty dog hair everywhere so I went downstairs to tell the supervisor and they put us in a different room right away but other than that everyone was nasty and the ice machines was all broken so we had to go to the bar to get ice
Disliked: When I got there my room was dirty dog hair everywhere and dog food all over the carpet and I took pictures and I showed them and they put us in a different room right away

Liked: Didnt eat breakfast there.
Disliked: Staff not willin to fix things told us to go to 8th floor for ice no refrigerator or microwave for the price we paid. Had room for cheaper n had both of those in it. Wifi sucked we really could get on

It was a little bit...

Disliked: The window didn't have curtains to use at night. The AC knocked when running also trash was never picked up from hallway trash cans and they were overflowing onto the floor. Beds were to high and hard. Also complained about music coming from downstairs while trying to sleep.

Probably would not stay there...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. I feel as if the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. We found a lot of items from previous guests left behind in the room. Along the grout of the tub was pretty gunky. But overall, it was a relaxing place, even with nebkon taking place- it was relatively quiet. They kept the hotel grounds free of trash too! Location was a bit odd and a tad sketchy, but it was still quiet even with constant flow of traffic. I was super hoping for a hot tub, but they didn't have one. The pool is more for older kids, which was a bummer. They have a super cute bar area that is AMAZING. Staff was very catering as well. Minus the fact that room service didn't knock and just walked right in... That was an odd experience.Overall, I would recommend this place. It's close to a lot of good tourist attractions. Budget friendly for sure. Decent rooms and services even with kids!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Anytime we went to the front desk, there was no staff to be found. Had to wait for someone everyone. Went down to the bar to eat, and had to wait for the bartender to finish his cigarette outside. The rooms were outdated, the pool was freezing, very dirty hotel. Left a night early and went to another hotel
