Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central

Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Disliked: All.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Dirty room. Dirty Q-tip on bathroom floor; food crumbs on the floor; stunk bad and NO hot water!

Disappointing

Disliked: WiFi never holds a good connection!

Disliked: Cars in the parking lot blasting music until 2 in the morning. People in the hallway all night slamming doors, talking loud. I couldn't get any sleep, until the police came and cleared the parking lot

Liked: It was raised by the feds the night I stayed there.
Disliked: I was removed from my room by soldiers with guns at 420am. And told not to come back on property. Until they left.

A complete nightmare.

Liked: Absolutely nothing was liked about this experience.
Disliked: First off the room we were given was not the room in the photos when we booked the room, there was no kitchen area no separate bathrooms, there was medication found on the floor that was accessible to my 10 month old child bathroom bathtub didn’t function properly (idk how a baby is expected to take a dang shower not to mention being harassed by random ppl every time we’d exit the hotel. We left the hotel before planned cutting our vacation short we plan on calling to speak to you guys tomorrow about this entire situation.

Worst experience EVER! THEY HAVE...

Liked: Absolutely nothing!! It was disgusting and it smells like sewer pipes
Disliked: This location was disgusting but since I had already paid, I decided to try to tough through it.....UNTIL WE FOUND A BIG ASS BED BUG WHEN WE PULLED BACK THE SHEETS! I waa in town for a flag football tournament for my daughter. It was around 130 am when we discovered the bed bug. We got to the location right before midnight. We immediately grabbed everything we had in one sweep and checked out. When I checked out the guy at yhe desk didn't even blink when I told him I found a bed bug! They know that hotel is bed bug infested and continue to book rooms. Its disgusting and its wrong. I'm in the process of getting a refund through booking com and I also have pictures.

Where's the comfort?!

Liked: The custom options on the closed caption from the TV remote
Disliked: No wheelchairs, the toilet was way too low. I wouldn't bathe my dog in that tub! The bathroom door and carpet were both shredded. Toilet barely flushed. The smell as soon as you leave the elevator.
