Liked: Good room 1st floor by the elevator easy exit
Disliked: Kids serving their selves at breakfast making a mess with no adult supervision stepping on people toes without apologizing again no adult supervision..

All in all I would...
Liked: The breakfast was decent. The bacon was cooked really well but lacked flavor. All in all it was good.
Disliked: Our hotel was without power for several hours making the climb up four flights of stairs hard with my knees. There was long black hair every where! In the towels and in the drains. The bathroom sink would not hold water neither would the tub.

Decent stay

Disliked: Rooms are not sound proof, you can easily hear people walking/talking thru the hallway.

False information and lies
Liked: The hotel was clean. The location is convenient just off the highway.
Disliked: We had an issue as soon as we checked in. We got checked in and paid, then AFTER we paid and checked us in informed us that the hot tub was not working. This was an important amenity for our stay and chose this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub. We informed her that we wish we were told this beforehand and asked about canceling our reservation with them. She informed me that since we had already checked in that she could not issue a refund period. She stated that we are more than welcome to leave the hotel, but we would still be charged. We had originally reserved two nights.So we asked if we could just change the reservation to 1 night. Again, she stated that she could not guarantee that they could give us any of our money back.But we were free to leave. She handed me a business card and told me that I would have to email the manager and inquire about getting a refund for the following night. But there was nothing that could be done since we had already checked in and had already paid. Was just very disappointed. But we made the best of it and stayed the first night. Breakfast was less than expected. It was supposed to be until 9:30. We went down to eat shortly after 8 and everything was a mess and out of most things. We gave them a bit to refill but when the worker came out of the kitchen we asked and she stated "breakfast is almost over, sorry" and walked away quickly. We just quickly checked out and went elsewhere.I did ask for assistance through booking Since that's how I made the reservation. The hotel responded and stated that we were informed before checking that the hot tub was not working and that we were given the option to cancel or change our reservation which is completely false! How that been the case we would have left immediately and not been forced to stay one night. I would have just chalked it up to a learning experience until the hotel came back with lies on how they handled it.
