Only because of the location...
Liked: bed was comfortable, room was clean, and there was several cats outside, loved them!
Disliked: The location…yikes! It is in a sketchy part of town; homeless set up all over (street corners, especially where traffic enters and exits from the interstate). The stores close by were disgusting and several homeless hang out there. If you need anything for your stay, stop elsewhere before you get here.

Clean & comfortable, great breakfast
Liked: Great, hot breakfast available; something different each day. Friendly staff, always warmly greeted. Large, clean, bug free room. Bed was super comfy, as were the pillows (I usually have a horrible time with pillows in hotels & wake up with a sore neck; not here). Liked the room & amenities here so much on this business trip, I brought my family back the next week for a little Spring Break getaway.
Disliked: Might want to pack earplugs if you're sensitive to loud voices/noises. Absolutely NOT the hotel's fault, just other guests not well versed in proper hotel etiquette.
