Clean and friendly.

Liked: The room had a balcony and indoor pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Check in time is at 4 and check out is by 11am. If hotels are going to charge what they do for a room they should let the customer be in the room longer.

Will definitely stay here again....

Liked: Super friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good and clean. Pool was nice. Location was awesome. Room was quiet
Disliked: Blankets on the bed had multiple holes. Back door wasn't secure, floors were dirty and there were small black hairs on the bed we slept in like a dog or cat had been there recently and the bedspread wasn't washed. Shower was slippery and shower head was broken so the pressure was off

Disliked: The housekeeper was really rude and had a attitude with my daughters and myself.. we all went swimming and for the second night I booked I just asked if she can make all beds. Her name was Sarah
