Uncomfortable

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Nothing worked, the pool room look horrible. It needs completely remodeled. We came there because the pictures of the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was dirty. This was our anniversary and we only came for the hot tub. We will not be back. Please paint the floor in the pool room it looks bad.

Liked: Location was central to what we needed. Front desk gentlemen was amazing.
Disliked: Bathroom was very run down. Turned on shower some black shavings came out at first. Kept cooler on 60 the whole time but it felt like 80.

Comfy beds but that's about...

Liked: Comfy Beds, quiet
Disliked: People there were a bit sketchy, first room has noisy neighbors blaring music but staff was happy to switch, however second room was moldy due to a leaky air conditioner. Woke up and the floor was wet.

Liked: Location was perfect and the pool on site was the reason we booked here.The staff was amazing. Always kind and helpful.
Disliked: It was in disrepair, the were cracks in the tile floors, patches of carpet missing. The hallways and elevator smelled like tobacco and pot.The shower in the king bedroom flooded the bathroom every time it was used.The tub/shower in the double queen bedroom never drained properly.

Bed bugs

Disliked: As soon as you hit the trash riddled halls, the smell of vomit, feces, and mold starts making a soft appearance. Once in the elevator and in the room, the smell shows up full force, and don't even think about the stairs where feces paints the walls. We unfortunately decided to make the best of it and bought air fresheners. I did do a quick bug look, but to my disappointment, I didn't look well enough and was almost eaten alive by bed bugs! I woke with my leg ate up with bites and immediately stripped the bed to reveal the urine stained beg infested mattresses!
