Disliked: My room was not cleaned. My kids found a shoe and plastic bag underneath the bed. Fingers crossed it wasn’t a rat sh*t in the bed

Liked: We booked online and it said it was pet friendly and when we got there, there was a rude male manager that told us we weren’t allowed to have a dog as to when we checked in the lady at the desk saw my dog and never said a word plus the fact that I purposely booked a pet friendly hotel. So it was just startling and a little upsetting.
