Okay Stay

Liked: The location was okay. We were there to see Niagara Falls and that area. Probably, we should have found somewhere a little closer to the falls and the Canadian border. But, when you aren’t familiar with the area, you do the best you can do. We try to stay at chain hotels that we have had past experiences with.
Disliked: We did not feel welcomed here. Everyone was very “business like” . It was like here are your keys-please don’t bother us while you are here. The hotel needs to install grab bars in the showers for everyone’s safety. Surprised ADA hasn’t cited you for non-compliance. Showers are very risky areas and older people need that extra support. The first morning breakfast buffet was very nice. The second morning was terrible. Had my husband not gone ahead and gotten my breakfast, I would have had nothing to eat and this was at 9:00 AM with still an hour to go. People were taking plates piled high with all bacon, fruit and everything else available. The person in charge was doing nothing. There was a huge group doing this and to be honest, we felt so threatened by their behavior, we ate and got out of there. No one from the desk was doing anything.

Liked: Very clean. My wife and I are celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary and loved staying here. If I could I would rate this property 11 out of a 10!!!!!!!
Disliked: Hallway carpet on 2nd floor seemed worn and in need of a good cleaning. But It was still better than most we have stayed in.
