Will definitely stay at Comfort...
Liked: Location was perfect and breakfast was good. Nothing exceptional about the food but it was a good continental breakfast.

Inviting stay away from home
Liked: Amanda the clerk made sure.we were comfortable!
Disliked: Could of used a good vacuuming but not too bad.

In business, recognizing a problem...
Liked: The building appeared clean and the front desk staff were very kind!
Disliked: Multiful cockroaches were found- including one at the sink just as I was about wash my face. This was extremely disappointing and stressful stay in Comfort Inn! I would appreciate: Assurance that your team is addressing this health and safety concern to public!Thank you for your help!

Liked: Love how nice the manager Ella was she was a great help!!
Disliked: Hated that I called to see if we could have checked in early, was told it would be a charge, got there to be told no rooms where ready which could have been told over the phone before driving there after driving 4 hours.

Disliked: People above us ran around the room until late at night so I didn’t get to sleep good my room also had broken crayons and trash under things like the air vent/chairs & sofa had a crawling baby with me who could have gotten ahold of it

Disappointing
Liked: convenient area
Disliked: Front desk staff could have been more helpful. As soon as we walked into the lobby, at 2:10, the person behind the desk said, Check-in is at 3:00. Maybe they were short-staffed and the rooms weren't clean yet, but not even a 'How can I help you? When we were finally able to check in and go to our rooms, I opened the shades to see a window frame with the whole inside window panel (it was a double pane window) missing and nothing but broken and jagged shards of glass where there was once a window. An incredibly dangerous situation. I took a picture and showed the manager. She laughed and said "Oh yeah, I know. We're having that fixed next week. I guess you thought you were showing me something I didn't know about" I said this is a dangerous situation, especially if there was a child in the room. Her reply was "We wouldn't put a child in there". No apology, no offer to relocate our room, nothing.
