Clean and friendly staff

Liked: The staff were lovely and accommodating when my son was sick. The hotel was very clean with good facilities including ample parking. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hotel is a little out of town but really not a big problem if you have a car.

Liked: Loved the property, but we should not have gone through Bookkng.com because we could not settle the blocking of a credit card and now we’ve been charged double and it is hard to get reimbursed.

Good location and breakfast for...

Liked: Breakfast was good, problem was there was a young ladies group staying and they were large enough that they put a lot of stress on the breakfast room and ability to access. Staff was slow in refilling yogurt, and various food items. In general everyone dealt with the fact that for 30 minutes it was way over crowded.
