Comfort Inn & Suites Near Universal - N. Hollywood - Burbank

Very good

Liked: We liked the friendliness and speed of the Employees especially Alyson and the care into our room and for our car. Room was clean and big just needed some updating of some of the small stuff like outlets and stuff. Parking was interesting but worked.
Disliked: Before going we called ahead for questions about our room and a male employee was being a lil snappy and rude in answering them. Also parking could use some work like a bigger lot or something.

Disliked: we checked in at 11:45 pm in the night and the room AC was extremely loud and so we had to ask for another room. For changing the room tried calling the front desk from the phone but it was not working so had to go all the way at the front desk and then requested for changing the room. Got another room but then the person mentioned to hand over the old keys once we moved and had to again come back to the front desk and hand over the old keys. the phone in the new room was not working either , basically there was no way of reaching out to front desk from the room other than walking all the way from the room to the front desk

Good spacious room but awkward...

Liked: Good spacious room with sofa, microwave and refrigerator. Great location for the Burbank airport and several attractions. Also fast food and gas stations nearby
Disliked: Reception area that is separate from entry for rooms. It wasn’t real clear where to go on arrival. Also, tandem parking in garage— one car behind another. It worked out ok, but it worried me that someone would park behind us and keep us from leaving for the airport in the morning
