Comfort Inn & Suites near Tinley Park Amphitheater

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast - there was a large group of swimmers when we came down and most of the breakfast items were emptied out. Need to let staff know when a large group will be eating together.

Friendly staff; cookies at front desk; nice decor at check in and room. Close to great places to eat (Little Joe's pizza is awesome) and shop and the amphitheater. Free shuttle. Nice little pool. Great breakfast with waffle machine.

Liked: Super comfy bed.
Disliked: LOL - no maple syrup.

Disliked: They charged me a $100 incidental fee, and we left it immaculate. I’ve called 3 times but they still haven’t refunded that and it’s been 3 weeks

Disliked: The elevator was broke and the pool was closed down for some Kind of issues. We had bathing suits and were planning on swimming but that didn’t happen.

Horrible!!!! I’ll never stay again!!!...

Liked: The room wasn’t clean. The pipes in the bathroom was covered I tape. The bathroom Matt was wet from prior guess usage.
Disliked: The cleaning person walked in the room without knocking.. We were due to check out at 11:00, however she came at 9am. The gentleman at the front desk respond was, maybe she didn’t know.

Nothing good to say here

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, room didn’t even have sheets for the nasty sofa bed they knew we would be using. They gave us sheets with holes and gave us no pillows.
