Comfort Inn & Suites near Tinley Park Amphitheater

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast - there was a large group of swimmers when we came down and most of the breakfast items were emptied out. Need to let staff know when a large group will be eating together.

Friendly staff; cookies at front desk; nice decor at check in and room. Close to great places to eat (Little Joe's pizza is awesome) and shop and the amphitheater. Free shuttle. Nice little pool. Great breakfast with waffle machine.

Liked: Super comfy bed.
Disliked: LOL - no maple syrup.

It was ok..but possible bed...

Liked: The breakfast was gross. I believe that I was bitten by bed bugs there! I woke up with some itchy bites on my ankles. Disgusting!
Disliked: Friendlier, welcoming staff. The guy at the front desk..did NOT greet or welcome us. He had an ear bud in one of his ears while checking us in. Not professional or friendly. We felt like we were interrupting him or annoying him.

Wouldn’t go back but could’ve...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and location was good
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very professional and the room definitely wasn’t cleaned thoroughly but I’m not picky and it did the job for one nights stay.

Inconvenienced

Liked: The beds were comfortable , the rooms were clean and there wasn’t any noise.
Disliked: Jen Avila the clerk was not welcoming or accommodating. She kept insisting that my transactions had been declined when I showed her on my phone that they had been processed. And as an afterthought informed me if the incidental charges . If she had been forthcoming they could have been processed with the other transactions. On Saturday the elevators went out. When I checked out on Monday they were still not operable, so I had to carry my suitcase and bag from the third floor to the first floor .

Liked: Love the location. Property was quiet. Staff was great
Disliked: Room was a little dirty. Literally reached for my charger and found a condom on our floor . Not used. Bathroom was clean and so were the sheets. Got some donuts from the g station right down the street!

I will make another choice...

Disliked: I felt it was too pricey for the stay. The ice maker on the floor running loudly and leaking water all day and night.

Good Location. Hotel Room Needs...

Liked: Location, close to Credit One Amphitheater. Walking distance to several restaurants was nice.
Disliked: Rooms were decently clean, and they could use a good carpet clean and scrub down . The room we had obviously had a water problem in the bathroom, as the bathroom door had so much damage that you could barely open or close the door . The door was rubbing across the floor, and the bottom part of the door was ruined.
