Very good

Disliked: Lady at the front desk scheduled on 4/18/25 and 4/19/25 lacks communication skills. When checking in, she did not share ANY information about our stay. When checking out, all she said was “Checking out? Keys.” Please refer her to customer service standards.

I will NOT stay there...

Liked: Great value.
Disliked: Nasty bathroom!!! Very dirty, literal poop on the toilet seat!!! Trash left in room.

I will positively look forward...

Liked: On the day of arrival, the elevator was not working. I am disabled with nerve damage to my legs.I am unable to climb.When we booked I did not request a room for the disabled because there was an elevator.I addressed this with the young man at the desk.He was so accommodating. He placed us in a first floor room with no negativity.Breakfast was diverse; oatmeal, fruit, pastries & coffee for my husband & I; and waff Ies for our GrandSons. Maybe work on the scrambled eggs, a bit dry. Thank you, your hotel met all our expectations and even more.The cleanliness of the room was excellent.Your room maintenceworkers were kind in meeting to our needs of the room.

Wont stay there EVER again...

Liked: The greeting staff was awesome
Disliked: Floor was on an incline in our room 207 beds sheets were dirty . Remote and light switches were dirty shower looked grime. Beds were worn out . Floor boards really felt off felt like the floor could give away . Never stay there again .
