Never Again

Disliked: The key card system was down. We had to be let in and out of everywhere. I only got one of the 2 rooms I paid for. There were a group of men drinking in the pool area when I was trying to take a bunch of little girls swimming for a birthday party. There was zero management or control of the property. They had a housekeeper doing all sorts of things. They struggled to use the actual keys. It was an absolute disaster.

It was ok

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. People are nice.
Disliked: No towels at all. Was told we would get towels in morning and got floor rugs. Room wasn't cleaned at all
