Great choice for last minute...

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel! It had stores next to it! Wal-Mart was a huge plus for is being next door. And under 10 min from the Dr. Appt we had in San Antonio!A huge plus was also breakfast! It was delicious and it had a full breakfast bar with two types of eggs, sausage links, tortillas, salsa!!! Waffles, bread, pastries, cereal, apples, juice and coffee.
Disliked: The room could use some deep deep cleaning and I noticed that the bathtub had a Crack inside bathtub floor. However the room was clean and smelled cleaned!

Liked: Large dining area, breakfast was hot and fresh with daily changes that were very good.
Disliked: Choose this location for the pool and it was never opened. Each day I was told by the staff it would be open the next day. One of the nights of our stay my credit card was ran at 3:00am for additional money. Luckily the transaction could not go through.

Liked: The room was clean, staff was friendly, excellent locatioon.
Disliked: It needs more options for the breakfast buffet.

Disliked: 1. I did not like the internet shutting down at 1115pm and front desk inform "internet tech man was off that night." 2. I did not like the stains on both double beds and when asked to exchange to clean sheet front desk said he did not have the key to the laundry room.3. I did not like when I asked if I can use the pool, I was told it was closed at 10pm. I witnessed people in the pool at 1130pm.4. I did not like that I waited 45 mins for coffee at 7am and breakfast started at 630am.5. I did not like that all sanitation station was always empty. 6. I did not like that the complimentary water did not look edible.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was great and the space to eat was really spacious.

Liked: Didn’t clean rooms had to ask for toiletries everyday it was definitely not worth the amount paid
Disliked: Staff was under rated horribly rooms was always clean staff at front desk was rude

Liked: The room was clean and the hotel was close to attractions.
Disliked: The pool door was broke on the first day of our visit. The employee on duty seemed annoyed that we asked about when it would be fixed. We went to dinner and shopped for a little bit when we returned we inquired if the door had been fixed. It was only when we made a little fuss about not being able to use the pool did the attendee begrudgingly address the issue. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was overly chlorinated. The roll out bed had no padding and when we requested pillows and blankets for the roll out I was told they didn't have any. I requested these items a head of time. The staff was very annoyed when asked to do anything.
