Comfort Inn & Suites near Kino Sports Complex

Comfortable and very nice.

Liked: Nice room for the price category. Elevator was always fast.
Disliked: Wish the pool had been operational but it was out for refurb.

Liked: Location at Kino Sports Complex pool was under construction. Which was very disappointing, that's the reason why we go to a hotel!! Front desk employee was very nice and transferred me to another Comfort Inn on Grant Rd, which had their pool open. Very happy with the customer service! Breakfast was great and room was comfortable!
Disliked: Breakfast hours should stay open until 10:30am instead of 9:30am. On the weekends people want to sleep in..

Disliked: The air conditioning was not working so we were sweating all night might as well saved my money and slept in my car

Disliked: Limited access to pool area due to chemicals one day, locked next day, over population of children last day.No breakfast at 6:30 on last day, had to lea e and could not wait

Disliked: Very unclean room. Housekeeping staff took our daughter's earpods. Front desk was unhelpful in getting them back. $200 lost on that alone. Canceled our stay there after one night. Still had to pay for 2 nights.
