Liked: Service was fine and the room was clean -
Disliked: the location of the room was the problem - right across from the laundry which was running until late at night and the back door used by loud people until 1-2 am and then again at 4 am. The vending machines and ice machines were on the side of the room and used until late in the night. The very noisy air conditioning did not mask the sounds. The other Comfort Inns we have stayed in have had the vending and ice machines in an area adjacent but separated from the rooms. This has also been true for the back door

Liked: While we had a little issue at the beginning, it was quickly fixed and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was great

Will never use booking.com again!!

Disliked: Service was average to poor - TV didn’t work unless manually turned on by button - Would not offer extension to compensate for the hot tube we were not able to use Monday morning. They did not charge for stay which I was satisfied with until I called booking.com.

Liked: the heater was amazing, breakfast good, laundry service good
Disliked: the water in sink was not flowing properly, staff did not clean the room very well (could be better), i left my slippers in the room but could not find it later i think someone took them from staff
