The worst hotel experience I...

Liked: Nothing!!!
Disliked: Staff was terrible! From Gm down ! One week booked they never cleaned my room ! Christina miller GM was useless! She stated she was new to the job! All the construction should have been told to us at booking!! had to change my own bed linen! The housekeeper needs to be fired! She lied about cleaning our room on the 27 th! Never did they clean a thing!!The first room we had for one night! Blinds did not work! Heat and ac was not working properly! Toilet was loose almost fell over ! Night staff was ridiculous ! The one lady was only here to talk with the contractors ! Got mad at me when I asked for the coffee to be filled at 7am!Michael the eve front desk person issued our room with all our belongings to another customer! We found this out when our keys did not work to our door!!!!There was a host of other issues! Never have I stayed in a hotel that was this much a mess and incompetent staff from the GM down! I will never stay here and possibly never at comfort inn again!I’ll be contacting the local better business Bureau to file a complaint also! And I will be contacting the hotel owner!

Liked: Just went through a renovation and everything was top notch. Right off the highway and would stay there again

Disliked: This time we were in room 322 by the elevator and it was so loud that we had a hard time sleeping each night.

Liked: Clean rooms though getting towels changed daily would have been nice I had to request them daily. My kids liked the pool.
Disliked: I overheard a family being checked in as we were preparing to check out they told them much more information offered them information about local food establishments and where things were in the hotel. We were not told about any of that and since this is not a big booming area it made our stay more difficult. There was also many children out of control with limited to no supervision ( yes this is on the parents not just the hotel) but it was unsettling the hotel didn’t enforce their own policies and it made us question how safe the hotel really was and what else they don't enforce. The wifi was also not reliable and this hotel (at least with my carrier) had no cell reception.
