Disliked: Carpet in room was filthy and stained. Hair Dryer in bathroom didn’t work . Tried to call downstairs to ask for another one and the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask for one and was met by we don’t have any extra and I can’t help you! I asked for her to go look or call her manager. She returned with I don’t have any extra hair dryers and my manager said he will be here at 8-830 to fix yours. I said that won’t work I have to be somewhere at 745. Can I go into an available room and just use the hair dryer. No you can’t !

Liked: Very good location, easy to get to. Pleasant staff. Room was clean and quiet.

Disliked: There was only one working ice machine in the facility. That might be expected in a low cost facility but was definitely disappointing in a mid-range facility.

We will look to stay...

Liked: Location, beds and pillows. Room service cleaned well.
Disliked: The hotel needs rennovation. Worn/dirty carpeting. Our room for disabled but we are not. The shower was poorly converted so water spilled out onto the floor. Mold on peeling tile baseboards bc of flooding.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.The room had a refrigerator/freezer.
Disliked: There were no USB charging ports in the room.
