Liked: Breakfast was good, location was good,
Disliked: TV had serious problems, We checked and and made ourselves comfortable,and couldn't use the TV, we wanted to watch a show on TV,which we missed, staff moved us into another room, but still the same problem, they wanted to move us again but we were tired and had to do without TV, very frustrating

Liked: Amazing soap! Everything worked in room. Clean. Early evening desk person ( man) was knowledgeable about restaurants and told us about one that we really liked. Thank you!

Liked: Kelly, at the desk was exceptional. Always answered questions, helped figure out the TV, tried to get the sauna to work. Wonderful attitude, and helpful
Disliked: Sauna didn't work even though service was done to it prior. Hot tub was out of order.

I don't want to leave...

Liked: The employees were phonimal, pool was amazing, my kids had a blast, an we are looking forward to staying again
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like except when it was time to checkout

Liked: Good location, man at the desk explained where things were nicely, comfortable bed, bed made nicely
Disliked: Dated rooms, hair in shower, hotel itself didnt seem clean, sauna broken
