Liked: King bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: It was not that cleanNo ice machine was working

It was a very stressful...

Liked: Nothing. They have a cockroach infestation! And acted as though that is acceptable.
Disliked: We seen a cockroach in the pool area and ants all over a table. Life vests and floaties all over the floor. We found roaches in the room also so we left immediately, the man at front desk said he couldn’t do a refund but the manager would tomorrow. I’ve called twice and no manager in. The offers pilots instead of a refund. We are obviously not interested in staying at another comfort in ever.

Unsanitary

Liked: There was nothing except cold coffee and cereal
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty, there was nothing at all breakfast. Our room had dirty streaks all over the walls, the bathroom was extremely unclean. The carpet was stained. I have never stayed at a dirtier hotel

Disliked: Carpet in room was filthy and stained. Hair Dryer in bathroom didn’t work . Tried to call downstairs to ask for another one and the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask for one and was met by we don’t have any extra and I can’t help you! I asked for her to go look or call her manager. She returned with I don’t have any extra hair dryers and my manager said he will be here at 8-830 to fix yours. I said that won’t work I have to be somewhere at 745. Can I go into an available room and just use the hair dryer. No you can’t !
