Liked: Rooms were spacious, good breakfast and location.
Disliked: The staff made us feel like prisoners. I understand they are from a different culture and in their culture, women have no authority. I was hated by staff because I was educated and coukd articulate myself. Manager refused to see despite multiple attempts. Getting ready for bed the first night and sheets as well as comforter were dirty with possible blood or feces stains. Will requesting room service at 10 pm on a Sunday but only two staff working that night. A nice young man from Jamaica brought us cleaned sheets and we changed beds ourselves. I asked to speak to manager just to make him aware of situation and ensure it doesn’t happen again (we honestly felt like we needed to be tested for diseases). Manager refused to meet with us claiming he would not give us any money back so all staff began talking about the “Karen’s” on the first floor. Called us names, belittled us, insulted us, made us feel like prisoners in the hotel as they turned off key cards so we couldn’t get in and out of room. It’s very sad because hotel is nice and location is perfect. Staff ruined our stay and also have their wives and small children working to clean rooms while they sit on a couch and watch YV

Disliked: Breakfast was a little thinner than what most Comfort Hotels provides. The room definitely had some issues. Cleaning was okay but visible dirt and aging furniture

Liked: Location, it was hard to get to the hotel but there was some signs and it the least of my problems with this location.
Disliked: UNSAFE - the smoke detector in one of the rooms (I had 2 rooms) had low battery and kept beeping and we couldn’t sleep, called the front desk to replace the battery, his solution was unplug the detector and remove the battery, I know jaw dropping.UNDER STAFFED - I had to looked for a front desk employee to check me in - I found one after 15 min.DIRTY - rooms (I had 2 rooms) were super, smelled like people were smoking in the rooms and covered the smoke detector with plastic bags so it doesn’t go off and the housekeeper didn’t notice it when after the previous guest checked out (I don’t believe a housekeeper entered the room because the room was dirty).BROKEN FURNITURE - broken chairs, non working lights, torn black outs.
