Disliked: Staff checking in wasn’t impolite or rude, but they were not proactive in directing or assisting as a host.

Would not stay there again!

Liked: The facilities was clean and my room was spacious. I have stayed at several 3 star hotel but would rate this 2 star or less. The person at the front desk was not courteous, we did not feel welcome and when we asked question would just nod or be dismissive. When we got into the room the carpet was wet and when asked for an exchanged we were moved from the 4th floor to the 1st floor. The person at the front desk did not ask our preference and we were too tired to fight with anyone! The breakfast was lacking creativity, we ate the same thing for four days...no oatmeal, no topping options, we only had egg, bacon and bagel. It was so disappointed if I did not prepaid I would have left. It was sad because all that was lacking was courtesy and a decent breakfast for it to be a 3 star hotel!
Disliked: Lack of customer service and breakfast was lacking!

Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The tub was slippery. I fell out of the tub, hit my low back on the toilet and broke it. Upon checking out, I told the front desk person what happened and his only response was "We'll fix it." Didn't even write up an accident report, ask me if I was okay, nothing.

Liked: Rooms were nice size. Set up of everything was really comfy . Had several pieces of furniture to sit on .Breakfast was good too !
Disliked: The receptionist could have been a bit friendlier .
