Decent stay for the price

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Lady at the front desk was very sweet. Gentleman at night was kind too.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable, even my teen mentioned it.

Will never stay here again

Liked: The rooms were okay, could be cleaner. Some upgrading could be done. The drains were slow and backing up. Room smelled like cigarettes.
Disliked: The staff was horrendous. The way they spoke to my family and myself was no way any person in the customer service industry should speak to anyone. Hotel stays are supposed to be relaxing and I was on edge the entire time and was scolded by the manager multiple times. Not kid friendly at all.

Liked: The sweet lady at the front desk was amazing and I would visit again just to have that experience again. She was very nice and accommodating when we had any issues she dealt with them right away. She gets 10 stars all on her own!
Disliked: The pool could have used a cleaning and the breakfast selection could have been better. Some stuff in the bathroom was previously broken.

Liked: Staff was very very helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group when we needed some space for consuming snacks. The save was clean and organized.

Liked: Convenient location. Friendly front desk. Clean room (the 2nd room we were put in)
Disliked: Computers were down at checkin, desk clerk couldn’t access my reservation. First room we were put in had large hole in ceiling over the window area with ceiling and paint all over the place, dirt, mold and actual PLANTS growing out of the hole in the ceiling! A dirty towel on the window ledge. 2nd room was clean and ok. Hot tub was missing some tiles and the jets were very weak (bad motor??) The hallway to get to rooms reeked of cigarette smoke (non smoking hotel) and the WIFI was absolutely HORRID as we were unable to keep a connection at any point day/night during our stay.
