Adequate - nothing fancy, but...

Liked: Hot breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and appears recently refurbished. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: Problem with homeless person sleeping on the outdoor picnic table at the side of the parking lot needs addressing if guests are to use the BBQ. There was another person sitting on the ground near the front door mooching off of free wi-fi. Thankfully they were not panhandling. These people were hardly threatening by any means, but surely a safety concern for some, especially at night.

Liked: Good value, good breakfast, had a pool but didnt get round to using it.

We loved the place, staff...

Liked: Clean, had everything we needed, great breakfast! It was perfect. Suggestions follow, but these things did not detract from our enjoyment.
Disliked: The Hotel name with Suites in the name is confusing because they do not have suites. There was no cot available tho I saw one in the hall. The fridge in the room does not have a freezer, and the fridge made a constant buzzing sound.

Liked: Clean, good location
Disliked: The hallways outside of the room were kept way too cold (stayed Aug 1). The curtains over the window were a full sheer curtain and a fuller curtain coming over halfway only on each side. The black out curtain you could use over the sheer curtain to keep out light during the day was not useful at all. The black out curtain was of poor quality not really keeping the light out much.
