Not satisfied with Booking.com.

Liked: We liked everything about the hotel and our experience there!
Disliked: I didn't like the way the booking that booking.com had for us when we got to the motel. Instead of the 18 to the 21 we were told it was booked for the 20th to the 21st, so I had to pay over $300.00 again for the nights of the 18 th and 19 th. I had already paid Booking.com over $300.00. I would like to get reimbursed for the amount I over paid.

Good value

Liked: The linens and towels were great. Pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Shampoo, soap and lotion were citrus mint scent. Very nice. Breakfast was good. Nice variety.
Disliked: Toilet seat was loose and not high quality. Could hear people in hall. Lucked out that other guests were quiet!
