Liked: This property was perfect for our stay. We came in to go to Kalahari, and it was so well priced, the staff is extremely friendly, a good breakfast is served, and the room was clean and comfortable after a long day at the Waterpark. We come to Kalahari a couple times a year, and we definitely will be staying here now when we come.

HORRIBLE STAY! DO NOT BOOK...

Liked: PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! Save your time and money . I went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday , I booked for 2 queen size beds to me it was a full bed and the room was very small and out dated . The pool was “ under renovation “ in which that was one of the main reason I booked because of the indoor pool , they don’t let you know about it until you get there , also I had done some decorations for my daughter in the room in which I used silly strings, they tried to charge my card at 7am for “ damages “ but I was still in the room and have not checked out when I finally did check out and called them they stated they couldn’t get the carpet cleaned out because it was “ slime pudding “ in which it wasn’t because I even cleaned out the room myself and it was dry silly strings can easily be vacuumed . To me it was all a scam just because they still tried to charge my card while I was in there before I even checked out . When I called to get an explanation the general manager was very rude and didn’t let me speak stated they took pictures in which I know how I left the room . Vibe energy and environment of the hotel is off and not welcoming I’m not sure about the other reviews but in my experience I would NEVER book here ever again! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
