Liked: The location was great.The bed was comfortable!!! The room had 2 televisions
Disliked: The floors were sweating, so therefore the floors were VERY SLIPPERY.The room had an odor.The rooms could have been cleaned and wiped down better

Disliked: The room smelled like an old rug. The breakfast was bad. Coffee machine broke, orange juice machine broke,no fruit, only one type of eggs one type sausage biscuit and gravy. No where like it use to be!

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, however, was pitiful. When we got down to the lobby for breakfast, there was no coffee, milk, or bowls. Our choices were extremely limited.

Adequate.

Liked: Tile floors throughout the room and the cleanliness.
Disliked: The A/C was not on in the room when we arrived and never really cooled the room afterwards. Large room but a lot of wasted space. Small vanity and no door separated the bathroom area (only a door for the shower and toilet area) from the sleeping area.

Disliked: checked in had to pay for my room twice because the front desk said my card declined. My bank,booking.com and Comfort suite corporate office. All saw the amount was removed from my bank account and om hold till Thursday. My check out day it actually cleared and posted on Wednesday. But on Monday front desk would not give me a room till I paid again. 800.00 I had to pay to stay 3 days on a business trip. The Management never showed up to resolve the issue. They didn't seem to care that I had to be charged twice or that their corporate office advised them to not charge me again because they see I've already paid.

Perfect for a quick getaway

Liked: Location was ideal. Wifi was strong which was very much appreciated
Disliked: Not enough variety for breakfast, muffins were hard
