Liked: The breakfast area had plenty of seating and was kept very clean. The food choices were great.

Liked: The room was nice and spacious. The air worked wonderfully and kept the room cool. The breakfast had a good selection.
Disliked: The staff was so rude at the front desk! I had to tap on the counter a few times to get the lady to look up from her phone. When I got her attention, I asked if she knew why the slide was not working the day before. She said, "Well, I have no idea." Then another lady came around the corner and asked what time the slide was down. I told her we were swimming from 3 to 5 and it wasn't working. She said, "The slide is down every day from 3 to 5." I said,"Oh, I wasn't aware of that." She then made the comment."we have signs posted everywhere. Maybe if you had read the signs, you would have known." A few comments about that; 1) I, my mother, my friend, and the ladies at another table looked everywhere and saw no sign. We looked around to see if there was one and saw nothing. But we are human and could have missed one, but 2) why should I have to SEARCH for a sign regarding the status of the facilities I am paying to use? 3) There were so many other ways that could have been said. I work in healthcare and get that people can be rude to staff, but that does not mean staff gets to be rude and basically calls people stupid. I told them my stay was fine until that moment. Final comment, but when my son went to climb out of the pool, his hands turned black from dirt on the side of the pool. There were also pink and blue pieces floating in the water.

Disliked: The slide could have opened earlier. Maybe 4 pm. The slide was bumpy.

Liked: Pool area was nice for families.
Disliked: Pool water was too cold so kids limited their play time which was disappointing. The fold out couch/bed was very uncomfortable.

Liked: The rooms were clean and in an awesome location. The staff were helpful. The pool and hot tub were on the small side but nice.
Disliked: The bathroom is very tiny. It’s hard to close the door behind you. Part of the parking is up a very steep ramp. Just take it slow. Breakfast rotated between only two different main egg dishes. There were never enough table space for us to sit together or sit down as a family.

Liked: It had clean rooms and an exercise room and a fun pool for families. The breakfast was great too. The rooms were spacious.
Disliked: The pool was cold.
