Unreliable shuttle and poor service

Disliked: Airport shuttle experience not great. Took over an hour to be collected. Called at 10pm and picked up at 1115pm. Then arrived at check in and took 30 mins to check in due to one person on reception and managing another customer booking issue. Customer service in general was poor.

Good stay for 1 or...

Liked: It was walking distance to a gas station to get small things that were forgotten, however it did not have face wipes.
Disliked: Our plane was delayed and it caused us to spend extra money after paying $300.00 a night for this hotel room. It was a let down, however it was convenient to get a ride to the cruise port. The drive was very friendly and the bus accommodated everyone.

Liked: Fine for an overnight layover in Miami. Checked in and went to bed. Got the first shuttle to the airport at 6 a.m.

It was okay

Liked: Near by the airport. Clean. Nice staff
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room was noisy. The shuttle bus to the airport just work at certain ours.Also, it was not possible to schedule the shuttle in advance, and for a person without a phone, was impossible to call for the pick up on arrival.
