Good but could be better

Liked: Location, price..it was clean. Breakfast was ample. Some things need repair. Faucet in shower loose not attached. There was a smell of smoke in our hallway. Most annoying was vent to bathroom. Was same switch as light, using bathroom at night led to loud vent noise waking partner. Also door squeecked loudly. There was an absence of care to smaller details, like grout around tub and soap dish not finished. Made things look in disrepair,fixing these things would make place look much better taken care of.
