Liked: The breakfast was good. Nice selection of breakfast items(ie: cereal, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, muffins, toast, and yogurt. Drink selection was also good..juice, coffee, and tea.The hotel was only 20 minutes from graceland which is where we were going.

Liked: Nothing. Conditions were deplorable and there was trash sitting in the stairwell the duration of my stay. I was charged twice for one double queen room. On the initial charge, the clerk stated that it was not processed, although the price was deducted from my bank account balance. She then charged me again for the exact same amount, which was also instantly deducted from my account balance, another $192. The clerk was not helpful, the charge has still not been reversed.
Disliked: When we left our room for the day, the housekeeping staff did not clean our room or leave extra towels. When we requested more towels at the front desk they didn’t have any available and said they would bring them to the room. We never got any fresh towels. The posted hours for the pool are 9am to 10pm, but we were silently pushed out at 9. The desk clerk began turning off lights in the pool area before we collected our items and made it out of the door. The staff also turned off overhead lights and silently hurried us out of the breakfast area by darkening the lounge area. My mothers mattress had nasty stains when she pulled back the covers, and my room stool was filthy. There was also hair in the bathtub from whoever had previously stayed in our room.

Liked: Front desk staff was nice and welcoming.
Disliked: Room had a musty smell and damp feeling. You could tell it had been flooded. Carpet, Couch, foot stools, towels and bed spread all had either brown or white stains. Drain in the shower had rust all around it.
