Would recommend as a base...

Liked: Overall nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast facilities were good. Rooms were quiet and well-thought out.
Disliked: Area suggests it’s Viera but it’s actually not that close. I had to ask for a room refresh as it hadn’t been done for a few days. Most significant was that the pool and sun deck were out of use for the duration of my stay, however staff did arrange a partial refund for this - it just makes a big difference to enjoying your stay and I’d searched specifically for somewhere with a pool. Can’t be helped, I know safety has to come first, just disappointing.
