Disappointing

Disliked: no wifi hardly any tv no pool it was a mess. we booked another room but they wouldn't change dates for a few days later

Great location and will be...

Liked: I can only review the upgraded rooms. The property is going through a major renovation and my room was very nice. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was convenient to the freeway and the area of town I needed.
Disliked: The construction may be noisy but I was only there during the weekend so I’m not sure about week day noise.

Liked: Renovations being done to 3rd floor. My son and I were checking out at 11:30am. This was an emergency trip to take my husband to UT Southwestern. We had a terrible fight coming from a room. Yelling, fists making contact with someone, scary situation. We ran down the stairs and told the clerk. She clearly didn’t want to call the police. She knew exactly who was in the room. She finally called after we insisted. The woman came downstairs. She looked like a prostitute, in my opinion. I would never stay here again.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Conveniently located, they upgraded our room for free
Disliked: There was a wet smell in the room. Like if they had just cleaned the carpets but it had not fully dried. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

I regreted staying there!

Liked: I didn't like anything. I just wanted to disappear from the hotel
Disliked: Everything. The hotel smells awful and is full of roaches

Great stay will come back

Liked: Clean and smelled good and room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: although they were remodeling it didn’t affect anything
