Liked: Close to DownTown Dallas,Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing in the room worked, the TV didn't turn on, the phone to call the front office was not working. The iron didn't work and the shower didn't drain well.

Easy airport stay.

Liked: Close to airport and good value for money. Stsff made good recommendations for local restaurant.
Disliked: Hotel has seen better days. Carpets worn and bathroom needs some parts fixing.

Disliked: There were roaches in my bathroom, it was noisy until way past midnight, hallways smelled like pot, they had watered down coffee and unattractive breakfast. The front desk was nice though.

Liked: Stayed at this particular hotel before because its close to WT hospital
Disliked: At check in charged me a $100 damage fee get up to 2nd floor and smells like weed. Get into the room and find that entire hotel has no water. Bout an hour later finally had water. Ice machine busted elevator didnt work the rest of our stay 2 nights

Liked: Nothing!!!!!! The most disgusting place ever
Disliked: The place was disgusting, it’s not like it appears in the photos. The beds had used sheets with fluids, stains, hairs. There were bugs. The room ceiling was moldy. Within minutes, I got an allergy because of how disgusting it was.

Liked: Staff showed eagerness to address concerns on every occasion.
Disliked: The fact that it doesn't provide laundry facility and it doesn't appear to b much concern with providing exceptional breakfast experience....
