I have stayed in many...
Liked: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was located in a good location, close to the interstate and had a few restaurants as well as a grocery store nearby, which was convenient.
Disliked: I was initially put into a handicapped room. Not good. Thankfully, the front desk gal moved me into a normal room. But that room did not have a working refrigerator, which thankfully again, she found one that did work. However their hotel room frig had no freezer to store my ice packs. The wifi was glitchy and inconsistent. The coffee pot did not heat up the water. The breakfast bar had a broken coffee machine and orange juice machine, the entire 8 days I was there.

Disliked: Felt dirty, room was very hot- air wasn’t turned onAnd just felt dark and outdated for $250/night. Pillows were the size of small throw pillows!!!

Disliked: The young gentleman that checked us inn needs to take a course on attitude when dealing with customers. He treated my wife and I like a couple of old Dummies!!

Liked: The breakfast looked good although I didn’t eat anything. The bathroom facilities are dated and need to be renovated. Toilets are too low, I’m sure for many of your customers. For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward Points”. I always seem to have trouble when dealing with your reward points.
Disliked: Bathroom facilities are dated and are in need of renovations. Toilets are too low, I’m sure for many of your customers (senior citizens). For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward points”. I always seem to have difficulty with your reward program. It’s not very user friendly and difficult to understand.
