Not Impressed...

Liked: The staff was friendly, they were not very educated on Service Dog Policies and ADA Laws but they were very open to learning when I gave them an ADA Law Card and explained things and also decided to do more research to educate themselves.
Disliked: We checked in around 3 pm and the front desk agent tried charging us a $20 fee for having a pet, I kindly explained to him that it was a Service Dog and that per ADA Laws that they could not charge me a pet fee, the man waived the fee no problem, then we went to our room to find it was a double queen room so we went back to the desk and told them we reserved a king and he said they didn't let pets into the king rooms so I again had to explain that per ADA Laws Service Dogs are not classified as pets but actually working medical equipment and are required access to non pet rooms, the man did give us the room we reserved at this point with no issue, once we got to our room it smelled very much like someone had been smoking weed and the room was dirty, the hotel is also under renovations so it was a mess, overall would not recommend.

Great breakfast! Really needed that...

Liked: Great breakfast! Really needed that breakfast during my stay! Lots of pillows and comfortable bed. I am not sure why there’s a mattress outside my room. Staff the floors clean, towels were larger than normal and welcome by me.
Disliked: Fellow guests liked their marijuana and this stunk up the hotel, really can not do much about that. Ceiling leading out the second floor we’re in need of repairs.
