Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse North

Our stay at the Quality Inn was great. The room was nice. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. I plan to stay again next year.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly.
Disliked: Omg , if I had time I’d probably go to another hotel . The hallways and smelled horrible. Looks like someone sprayed the whole can of some cheap, disgusting air freshener . I couldn’t porn the window to get some fresh air. When I got back home I had to wash all my clothes even the clean clothes because I could still feel that smell .

Liked: The staff at breakfast were very nice.
Disliked: The lady who checked us in.... she didnt say hello, didn’t smile or care to look at me nor articulate when she asked me for my card. I had to ask her to repeat and she didn't like that.... id fire her in a heartbeat. She's not good for your business... And one other thing i noticed was for my confirmation email i couldn't fine an address. It would have been really nice to have a gps link to direct us... instead of going to the wrong hotel 11.mins away. There was a smell of mildue coming from the carpets.... I hope this helps you better the place.

Disliked: My room had dirty towels and the bathroom floor was all sticky. I wasn't sure if the sheets were clean because they were so wrinkled.
