Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse North

Our stay at the Quality Inn was great. The room was nice. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. I plan to stay again next year.

Disliked: Nothing was bad.

I would stay again simply...

Liked: Smooth and easy commute if you are traveling to the JMA Dome. Convenient location with restaurants in walking distance. My daughter enjoyed breakfast with the waffle station.
Disliked: Bedding didn’t appear clean and beds not that comfortable.

The hotel was too expensive...

Liked: It was in a perfect location.
Disliked: It wasn’t worth what we paid for.

Disliked: Rate was extremely high because of local event. Bathroom was small. Smelled like strong cleaning products in the room and hallway. Elevator seemed old

Liked: Location and affordable. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It states it's a smoke free hotel but our room smelled like stale smoke. The TV had no app potential and no guide to show you what was playing.

Liked: Microwave and fridge in room.
Disliked: NOT handicap friendly. No shower seat available, they don't have those at all. Need a shower but having issues standing or walking? Well, too bad.
