Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse North

Our stay at the Quality Inn was great. The room was nice. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. I plan to stay again next year.

Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Liked: Breakfast area was very clean and nice
Disliked: Small room, sink was directly inside the room door. Curtains did not close all the way, so the room was bright at 5am. Bed was extremely hard. Hotel was old painted to look updated. Side parking lot was poorly lit. Higher price then other hotels in area thay looked to be better quality.

Liked: Good location. Staff friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom. It was supposed to be an "accessible" room but was not. There were no handrail s at all. None around the toilet or the shower. For me, the room was unsafe. I have balance issues and 3 diseases which involves my muscles. I had to have my husband help me off the toilet every time and prop my body against the shower wall for fear of falling. My entire vacation turned into complete fatigue. I'm quite sure the ADA and the NY State building inspectors would agree room 116 does not qualify as an " accessible" room. I will not be returning to stay at this hotel norwill I recommend it to my family or friends.

Ok

Liked: Eggs and sausage good. Bread was in the loaf package everyone put hands in the bag Place is dark and uninvited feeling when you enter lobby and room.
Disliked: Person at the desk stand up - speak up to welcome guests Smile.

Exceptional

It is a decent hotel...

Liked: We had a comfortable stay, the bed was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location if you're flying out of Syracuse Airport, especially for early morning flights.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, the bathroom was not that clean, and there was a noticeable blood stain on one of the pillows. I'd consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort, but the housekeeping needs improvement."
