Liked: Staff was great mattresses were comfy.
Disliked: The staff was great but they were over book and ended up putting on a floor under Renovation. Taps all on the floor with dried putty and paint smell. Which was not that bad thank goodness. She did warn me as o checked in she was amazing. But remote for tv did not work the pillows were horrible and the heated pool was freezing!!!

Disliked: I still haven’t received my refund after my original rooms at Comfort Inn and suites were canceled for my stay on May 31. I had booked two suites with two queen size beds and pull out sofa to accommodate five adults and four kids. When I arrived at the hotel after driving 14 hours, the hotel couldn’t find my reservation and didn’t have those rooms available. The desk clerk spoke with a representative from Booking.com that night and told them she couldn’t accommodate us with the rooms that I had booked in February 2nd, 2025. I’m not sure how their conversation went, but the desk clerk told me the representative from Booking.com hung up on her. I ended up having to book 2 small rooms for our large group and it wasn’t a good experience. My confirmation number through Booking.com was 4482902039. Even though I received a cancellation notice for those two rooms, my Visa card ending in 3389 was charged $386.74 for the rooms I originally booked. One room was under my name Robert Ellyson and the other room was in my daughters name Kristi Sullivan. I did end up having to book 2 smaller rooms for our large group and it wasn’t a good experience due the size of our group. The desk clerk, however, was very nice while trying to help us. Can someone please help me get my refund for the rooms that I originally booked. Thank you,Robert Ellyson405-204-7589

Very Disappointing! Worse Choice Hotel...

Disliked: Room not cleanBed brokenBed filthy (looks as if urine was on mattress)Hole in wallOutlets not working properlyCurtains filthy Bathroom mirror was not clean at allRequested a refund to leave; was told No manager is available until Monday. Which was 2 days away.Did not receive a refund. Was told we would be moved to a different room and was NOT. The Day shift staff did not read their log to move us. So that was a major issue I asked again to be moved and was told there were no available rooms and I was also told again that the “Manager” is the only one who can issue a refund and they weren’t available until Monday.Also maintenance never came to fix the bed or any other issues.

Liked: Easy to get to and I’ve stayed at the location before
Disliked: They were doing a renovation on the 5th floor and they put us there knowing they should’ve done that . They where spraying stucco on the walls the next morning,they had plastic on the floors with tape, we could have trip and fell not to mention the strong smell from the chemicals being used, I ask about the room the next morning and was told that the person on the front desk never should’ve put us on the floor at all. I wasn’t thinking or I would’ve taken pictures

Liked: The location and the breakfast.
Disliked: The bed top cover really threw me off when I first walked in. It was too many linen ball on it. But after I decided to pull it back it was hiding a good looking Comforter. I wish it was some kind of paper towel and hand soap by both sinks.
