Liked: The hotel was nice.. our AC didn't work though
Disliked: Well.... my daughter stayed there over a weekend for a cheer competition.. when she was done she washed her face w their wash cloth.. makeup got on it and they charged $50 of deposit for 1 WASH CLOTH that was "stained" never in the 5yrs has she done competitions have we EVER been charged for a dirty wash cloth .. this is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and I'll NEVER give this company anymore money

Nice stay

Liked: Location. Our rooms were together as requested. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
Disliked: There was a sewer smell every once in a while.

Cheer competition

Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly everything was clean
Disliked: The pillows were very small and lumpy bring your own pillow

This stay was very stressful...

Liked: The bed was comfy that was about it .
Disliked: When I got there they had canceled my room , even though it was already paid for . The front desk girl was very unprofessional . She blamed booking.com. Told me to call them . So I did booking state everything was fine on there end . It was the hotel. I had booking tried calling hotel but could not get anyone to answer . I was given the option to pay for room again at a higher price that was . It I am still waiting on refund for the first room. $409 for one night at this point , Also the breakfast was not great the eggs made both myself and child sick. I will not be using booking or comfort inn and suites ever again .
