Liked: The Comfort Inn and Suites University Area was a nice hotel in a beautiful area. Our room were huge and perfectly decorated with a modern style and two TV's , couch, microwave, refrig, safe, and coffee pot.
Disliked: I noticed you have water damage in your hallways. I look forward to seeing how you remodel.

Not impressed
Liked: Was close to interstate. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: When we checked in a7 about 9:45pm we got key cards. Went out to truck got bags and went to room. Key cards didnt work. Went to front desk sign hanging said be back shortly. 15 min later staff came back and we could finaly fet into room. Unpacked got read to sleep and washed hands in sink. Water backed up drain was plugged. Decided to ignore didnt want to repack and ger dressed again. Climbed into bed and fittedvsheet had a melted spot. 6"×8" area was melted and scratchy. On right side of bed. Next morning sink empty and kinda working. Packed and went down for breakfast. Cam back key cards didnt work again. Asked maid if she could let us in she said yes. Tried her master key it didnt work. Had to go back to front desk again and get keys re programed again. At check out 10 min later was given a not very sincere sorry from reception desk. Not very happy with my stay. Will not recomend at all facilities and staff sub-par.

Meh
Liked: The location was top tier and the beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The comfort sign was extremely small so it’s easily missed. The parking lot had crazy potholes in the driveway. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, and instead of just believing us one of the associates had to go “verify” that we were telling the truth. Also, the incidental charge was RIDICULOUSLY expensive… I’ve NEVER been to a hotel that charges $150 for incidentals…
