Overall stay was good, but was woken up by housekeeping around 8am, to be asked if we were checking out that day. A hotel should have a list of who is checking out, and what rooms need to be cleaned for that day. Please do not wake up someone.

Liked: We love the location. It is perfect for someone going across the country. We were driving from California to Houston. The breakfast is good for early risers.

The hotel is not "dog...

Disliked: Booking.com didn't have information on their pet fees so I looked at the info on Hotels.com and booked with booking.com. The info on hotels.com said the pet fee was $35 per stay. They charged me $35 for the pet the first night and $25 for the second night. When I pointed out to them that they said $35 per stay on the hotels.com website they claims "per stay" meant "per night" and refused to honor their published rate. They said I should have looked at their own website. Despite repeated communications they refused to refund the excess charges or to change their listing on hotels.com to correct the misinformation there. I would never stay at this hotel again.
