Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport

Disliked: Ill never stay at a comfort inn again. We told the desk about the bed being broken and on the verge of collapsing and that the AC kept going off. No one came to fix the bed. And for explaining the issue nicely in an email they made it so we couldnt extend our stay....but didnt inform us that they had put that on us and had to scramble last minuet to stay at a new hotel.When i called their customer service line to inquire about this strange abrupt, no notice given take on our stay customer service couldnt explain why and refused to help us understand the reason behind it only that they have "no control over what individual hotels can do to guests"
