Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Their willingness to assist guest with a smile! The location was great and peaceful. The grounds outside were manicured. The microwave and mini refrigerator were very clean and working. The mattress was comfortable. It was a clean bathroom. I did appreciate that the elevator and corridors were clean also.
Disliked: This part of the survey isn't as bad as it may sound, it's just time for perhaps a 6 month deep cleaning before it gets out of hand.It's time for a deep carpet cleaning in guest rooms.The furniture (sofa & chairs)as well as drapery need deep cleaning. Not only does this help the aesthetics , but it will also contribute to an elevated guest experience ! The first thing I did notice was that all the mirrors were streaky from not using the right products to clean them ! And every guest room should smell fresh when they open the door! It did NOT have an odor... Room needs overhead light as you open the guest room door.These are just tips to ELEVATE a guest experience at your property!
