Liked: the pricing was reasonable but the amenities was not pleasing.
Disliked: when we first arrived to our room it smelled like smoke. My husband went down stairs to notify the front desk associate that the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and asked could we be moved to a different room due to our son having severe asthma and the smoke could cause him to have a asthma attack. the employee then asked him to describe the smell, asked us “couldn’t we just spray something” and then told us we was lucky to even have a room. Asthma patients with severe asthma can not come in contact with sprays or smokes. My husband then tells her no. We have other friends in a room that smelled much better and not like smoke so it was easy to compare. We was finally able to move to a different room with no apologies from the staff. The floors in our room was filthy,sticky and caused our feet to be black if walking without shoes.
