Poor customer service
Liked: The location was convenient and the pricing was reasonable.
Disliked: Where do I begin?! We arrived to a lobby with no one working the desk. She was out working with an individual trying to instruct on where to park his camper for the night. It took about 30 minutes to get checked in. There was a family in the lobby waiting ahead of us. There ended up being about 5 different guests trying to get checked in while she was in the parking lot discussing parking an rv camper. Then another guest came in with a pit bull on a heavy chain about 10 feet long and the chain was dragging the ground and hit against the sliding doors. Needless to say, our first 30 min (or longer) was quite the experience. I felt like I was in the movie planes trains and automobiles.

Our stay experience was frustrating.
Liked: The location and breakfast were good.
Disliked: When arriving to check in, after booking and paying for our room with booking.com, there should have been zero issues. Instead, I was told I had a balance due on my account before I could get my room keys. Instead of the hotel figuring out the issue for me because I had all of the documentation to prove I had paid for the stay and shouldn't owe anything, I had to go spend over 30 minutes on the phone with booking.com's customer service to address the issue myself. Even after the 30+ minutes, the issue was never actually resolved but I was then told by the front desk receptionist that they would take care of the cost and let me check in, which is what should have been done in the first place. Once we got into our hotel room.... there were multiple red stains on the floor which some were small spots and one very large spot, in hopes it wasn't blood but we were unsure what it actually was... a lamp had a busted out light bulb that was just laying in the bottom of the lamp shade so could not use that light, and another flat wall light behind the TV was broken so we could not use that as well... and multiple buttons on the TV controller did not work...
