I enjoy Comfort Inns, hope...

Liked: The location was excellent, breakfast was good, bed was very comfortable and the treadmill in the gym was great!
Disliked: The toilet was not working had to call the front desk for service. Our door card keys did not work, went to the front desk to fit the card then went back up to our room and the keys still did not work, repeated this three (3) times on the 4th, I suggested to just replace our card keys with new ones, he did then we were finally able to get into our room.

Stay was comfortable

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: They were actually watering the area in front of the door. My sister fell, and now she is in pain.

Very good

Liked: Slept great...breakfast was good
Disliked: Checked in at 9pm, receptionist was ok..not real friendly. The door to our room was hard to open....beds were comfortable but the carpet and bathroom need updating.

Disliked: Smelled. Old. Staff was very unwelcoming.

Disliked: I think it is ridiculous that they charge an extra 100 dollars for incidental cost when you are already paying 150 per night. I still have not gotten my 100 back. I would not stay there again.
