Overall a very pleasant stay.

Liked: Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Convenient location.
Disliked: Having a gym was appreciated, but neither treadmill was working at the time, and there was a limited selection of weights/machine.

Liked: The hotel was exceptionally clean as was my room.
Disliked: The remote to the television barely worked and since it was late when I checked in and I was only staying for the night I didn't mention it.

Liked: The cleanliness
Disliked: There was no hot water in the shower in 2 different rooms. It was 35-40 degrees outside, and I had to take a cold shower 2 nights in a row, unacceptable for paying over $100 for my room per night.

Liked: Quiet spacious rooms, lovely toileteries, very clean, excellent waffles for breakfast! Great front desk staff, very friendly.
Disliked: Noisy air-conditioner kept cutting in and out overnight because of unexpected snow temperature drop.

Exceptional value. Highly recommend

Liked: Nicely renovated. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quite spacious.
Disliked: There's not much to dislike. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming with fewer options as compared to Hilton or Mariott, but then the comparison isn't fair. This is a value offering, and it punches above its weight class.
