Liked: The room was very clean. Comfortable bed, bathroom was sparkling. The staffs were friendly the guy at the front desk by the name Kano was good but the check in line was long. He tried his best. Breakfast was available omelets, muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, waffle and all sorts of breads. Selection was much better than snack bar and coffee.

Liked: Room was clean but no coffee maker was provided. Why should I have to ask for a coffee maker?
Disliked: The required deposit when you check in. I consider it a huge inconvenience. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk I would get it back after our room was inspected. Also the AC was making a noise all night. Also someone in the room next to us went in and out of their room all during the night and let the door slam.

Disliked: The hotel said queen beds and it was full double beds and that was not fair to charge for Queens beds and you turn around and get full beds the pool wasn’t open the hotel is still getting renovated/remodel but when u look up the hotel it doesn’t say anything about Nthg going on then the staff come and knock on ur door at 9am in the morning like you don’t know your check out time because they ready to clean the room it’s very unprofessional

Disliked: I found this hotel online for Spring break at this location with my family mainly for the inside pool which was a disappointment, he waited until after I paid to tell me the pool is shut down for now and has been for a month, this was never mentioned prior, when I asked him about it he came off with a smart remark. Remodeling is fine but, it should state that the pool and kitchen is closed on the website because these things are expected. The other thing was the sheets on both beds was not clean they had hair all over both beds as if they are never cleaned Wi-Fi was also bad just an overall horrible experience I do not recommend.
