Liked: I liked that it was clean and fit my family well. The location was great.
Disliked: When we checked in at night the woman working the front desk was definitely not people/customer friendly in anyway. However the worker in the morning was so kind and had great customer service skills.

Liked: Location was amazing everything so close by you could walk.
Disliked: Rooms weren’t cleaned very well and smelled like smoke in a non smoking room

Liked: The room itself was great, very clean
Disliked: The amenities such as parking (front parking lane completely closed off), no breakfast in the morning because "we haven't hired anyone for the weekend" Absolutely ruined our morning for such a nice looking hotel.

Disliked: The fact they did not let us know breakfast was not going to be served as they were short staffed . Provided a brown bag breakfast not what we paid for
