I’ve always enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Choices were limited. I booked with Comfort Inn because they had an indoor heated swimming pool. Unfortunately after I checked in I was informed that the pool was not open due to an accident in the pool.
Disliked: After I checked in I was informed that the pool was not open due to an accident in the pool. This was one of my reasons for booking at this hotel. I was also given a room down stairs and the room located above me on the second floor was noisy.

Disliked: Dirty room, refrigerator, toilet, carpet. Pool and hot tub were not in working order.

Liked: We stayed last year. Gave they the benefit of the dought. That was a mistake. Trash cans by elevators weren't dumped all 4 days we stayed. My grandkids live in T or C so the pool was very important. It was shut down Sunday and Monday. The room was ok, mattress wasn't as comfortable as last year. My better half couldn't rest. We won't be staying again.

Liked: Front desk person was amazing. The facility was good. No complaints about the building or anything in it.
Disliked: The housekeeping staffed was very unprofessional did not clean or offer to clean my room once. I had to get my own new laundry and throw my trash.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the last 2 times I stayed there.You guys, I didn't provide breakfast. Had the same note on the door on two separate occasions in the middle of the night. One of your guests there was banging on the door next to us, screaming to let them in. We could not sleep the whole night, were very restless, and had high anxiety in this situation. That was going on all hours of the night
